What is a GAE visa?
The Government Authorised Exchange visa is the most suitable route for non-UK nationals seeking work experience in the UK. It allows UK Employers the opportunity to offer internships to students and graduate recruits.

WE’RE UNIQUE
AIESEC Internships is one of only a few authorised UK business immigration programmes that can provide flexibility within the Temporary Worker - Government Authorised Exchange (GAE) category. We are able to sponsor candidates for up to 12 months at a time, and 24 months in total.
We can provide eligible candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and will act as the sponsor on behalf of the employer.
The GAE visa also gives Employers the chance to assess a candidate's capabilities during the internship before offering them a more permanent position and sponsoring them under a Skilled Worker visa (formerly Tier 2).

Register Company
If you have never used our services before, register with us HERE and we will get in touch.
Submit Application
Once registered, you can apply for a Certificate of Sponsorship HERE.
Pay the Fees
We only charge fees if the application is approved. We will send Terms of Service and an invoice. Refer to the Fees section for more information.
Receive CoS
Once we have issued the Certificate of Sponsorship, your intern can proceed to apply for the visa. Information about the visa, including current fees and processing times can be found HERE.

Fees
If your application is successful, we will onboard your intern into our sponsorship system and invoice for the appropriate fee, which will consist of two parts
New Clients
for companies registering with us for the first time
£600.00 + VAT
Returning Clients
for companies who already have interns through AIESEC visas
£150.00 + VAT
Short Term Sponsorships
1 - 3 months
£650 + VAT
Medium Term Sponsorships
4 - 6 months
£750 + VAT
Long Term Sponsorships
7 - 12 months
