WHAT IS AIESEC?
AIESEC strives to achieve peace & fulfilment of humankind's potential. We enable young people to develop their leadership and cross-cultural understanding through our volunteering and internship exchange programmes. Our members learn from practical experiences by creating and facilitating these exchanges.

JOIN ONE OF OUR TEAMS
There are four potential teams you can join, dependent on the programme(s) offered by your Local Committee:

Enable young people from abroad to work in a 2 to 18-month internship in the UK.

Get in touch with local companies and setting up sales meetings.

Learn about sales, negotiation, account management and candidate screening by helping local companies source talent from abroad.

Ensure a quality experience by supporting the young person while they are in the UK.

Build confidence, stakeholder management and communication skills and teamwork!
INCOMING
GLOBAL TALENT TEAM

Enable young people to go on internship and volunteering opportunities in companies or organisations abroad.

Learn about sales and negotiation, current job market trends, CV screening and interviewing by helping candidates apply to suitable opportunities.

Ensure a quality experience by supporting the young person before and while they are abroad on teaching, internship or volunteering programmes.

Build confidence, public speaking, communication skills and teamwork!
OUTGOING
GLOBAL EXCHANGE

Learn about sales, negotiation, account management and event management by establishing meaningful partnerships with likeminded organisations.

Organise impactful external events on topics such as youth empowerment, global issues, etc.

Gain advanced event management skills as a leader or team member in your local committee.

Network with different companies and individuals, build confidence and gain communication and sales skills.
EXTERNAL

Carrying out marketing activities on campus like lecture presentations, info sessions or stalls to increase brand awareness and promote different events and activities.
