STEPS is going to be one of the most important conferences of the year. We all know that if we do not absolutely do our best through this recruitment period, to start the year off properly, it will be a struggle for the rest of the year. This conference will have time to learn the functional part of your role, provide you with recruitment prep, give you lots and lots of practice time, and of course remind you WHY you are in AIESEC and the impact you can and will provide this year.

Timings:

The conference starts at 1:00pm on Thursday September 13th for LCPs and VP TMs, and at 7:30pm on Thursday September 13th for every other delegate.

There are 3 blocks to the conference's agenda:

The "Understanding" Block: Aims to give you as much information as possible of the direction of AIESEC globally, AIESEC UK, your LC and what we are aiming to achieve this year.

The "How-to" Block: Aims to give you as much functional knowledge as possible so you know how to run your LC at its best capacity.

The "Play Now" Block: Aims to not give you as much "theoretical" knowledge, but gives you time to actually practice what you have learned so that you have more practical experience while leaving the conference.
