How long does the process take?
Your intern can start their role within 6 to 10 weeks typically.
Who pays the VISA costs?
The Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) is paid by the company. Visa application is typically paid by interns, however, the company can cover it.
Can we hire more than one intern?
Yes, you can hire as many interns with us as your company requires.
Can interns be converted to long-term employment?
Yes, after the internship you can employ them directly.
What if we don't select an intern?
You will not be charged our service fee.
What type of companies can utilise this programme?
SMEs, startups, MNCs, NGOs. All partners must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
  • Must be a UK registered company, charity or government department
  • Must be willing to take responsibility of sponsorship fees
  • Must hold Employer’s Liability Insurance at £10m Limit of Indemnity and Public/Product Liability Insurance at £5m Limit of Indemnity
  • Must be able to provide evidence of VAT or PAYE registration
  • Must have the financial and personnel resources to support and supervise the Intern
  • We cannot sponsor for sole traders or for the following industries: hospitality, care, agriculture, or law sectors.
