We aim to engage and develop every young person in the UK through a leadership experience, regardless of background, identity, and ability. This means ensuring that every young person can fulfil their potential, become a value-driven leader, and find community within AIESEC.

Our Story
AIESEC Established
Founded after WWII by seven youth from seven countries with a dream of building cross-cultural understanding. They hoped to change the world, one person and one internship at a time.
Global Expansion
AIESEC reached 50 countries across six continents. By this date, over 40,000 young people had participated in a leadership development experience.
10,000 Experiences
Crossing 10,000 experiences delivered in a single year. To date, over 230,000 experiences have been provided, all facilitated by youth for youth.
SDG Leadership
AIESEC leaders from 126 countries gathered at the UN Headquarters to promote youth participation in implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
