We want to give more AIESEC members the chance to go abroad—whether it’s through the CEED programme, where they support other countries’ operations, or by attending international conferences hosted by AIESECers around the world. From helping out during the summer peak, to taking part in global leadership events, these experiences allow our members to see how AIESEC works elsewhere, gain new perspectives, and return with fresh ideas that strengthen AIESEC UK.

Bringing back international insights helps us innovate, stay connected to global trends, and improve how we do things here at home. It keeps our organisation dynamic, adaptable, and better equipped to create meaningful impact in the UK.

CEED experiences offer members the chance to live a cross-cultural adventure, support local operations, and grow as leaders. International conferences challenge them to collaborate across borders, exchange ideas, and actively shape AIESEC's future on a global scale.
