Whether you are interested in an international exchange or participating in the exciting activities here in St Andrews, AIESEC is open to students from all disciplines and backgrounds. At AIESEC, we want young, talented, clever and motivated people who feel that the world of work should not be about who you know but what you know. In the final analysis, there are three clear qualities that employers are looking for from students:

· A wide range of developed competencies
· Life experience and the ability to travel and work in different cultures
St Andrews University gives students the first; we have the wherewithal to provide the rest. Through an international exchange programme, we will help to develop and add value added to CVs, thus ensuring a high quality of undergraduate input and expertise in the international work place.
The coming year promises a range of exciting events for our members, ranging from monthly guest speakers through to participation in the National Leadership Tournament sponsored by PWC (in which St Andrews are the reigning champions).
