AIESEC Southampton is one of the long-standing Local Committee in AIESEC UK and one of the few south of London.


Over the years, AIESEC Southampton has continued to maintain its reputation and is highly regarded within the AIESEC network. We are one of the top performing Local Committees with regards to sending students abroad to do internships, and ensuring they benefit from a quality experience. Due to the efforts of AIESEC there is at least one Exchange Participant on each continent.

We also maintain good relations with the business community in and around the Hampshire area. We are always seeking new partnerships with local companies and are eager to establish internships for students from abroad.
At AIESEC Southampton we pride ourselves on member development by providing the perfect complement to any type of university degree. Members are given the opportunity to develop their skills at weekly local meetings, regional and national skills-based conferences and for the adventurous there are international conferences. 

On campus, we host one of the biggest Careers Fairs each year, featuring some of the top companies across several disciplines. We are also spearheads and members of various University initiatives such as the Graduate Passport Scheme and the Graduate Steering Group. We have also been working hard on our branding and have developed our hoodies and also welcomed our mascot ‘Globey’ to the team in Jan 2011.
