In AIESEC Sheffield, we are focused and committed to the development of our members. Our aim is to empower young students - giving them opportunities to develop a valuable set of skills for use at university and in later life. AIESEC Sheffield has a reputation for producing high quality members that represent AIESEC in the real world. We do not believe in limitations; one of our endeavours is always to keep getting better. Our efforts were recognised by the National Team at the Christmas Social last year, where we were awarded the most improved Local Committee.
We provide students with an opportunity to develop themselves by experiencing the real world. This is accompanied by regular training and workshops focused on skills that complement their roles within the teams. We have strong links with local companies, big corporates and AIESEC Alumni in the region, who support us in accomplishing our aim.
An exceptional part of AIESEC Sheffield is its Work Abroad Programme. We have good international associations and a programme that meets the needs of the majority. With our dedicated members, we are able to support students throughout their time abroad. Attention is given to each candidate with an attempt to find first choice of their internships.
An internship with AIESEC offers the opportunity to add practical experience to academic knowledge, commercial and social cultural experience and a personal network across the globe.
