At AIESEC Aston we pride ourselves on the quality of our members and on our highly motivated Local Committee in the heart of Birmingham. We encourage the students of Aston to pursue their ambitions, by becoming members of our Local Committee or taking part in the Work Abroad Programme. AIESEC Aston is renowned for its success in matching UK students to ideal placements. We specialise in promoting very popular exchange programmes in China and the Ukraine. Due to our small student population, we are able to focus on supporting individuals along the exchange process, in order to enhance the experience.
Another significant part of AIESEC Aston is our award-winning annual careers fair. This is a great opportunity for students to meet and form their first links with representatives from a variety of different industries. We feel it is important to invite representatives from local businesses, large and small, and especially those from around the Midlands. Companies that have attended these fairs in the past have ranged from local industries to international corporate companies such as Procter&Gamble and GlaxoSmithKline. They continue to seek talented graduates from our top Business School.
