Join AIESECBy joining AIESEC you will start what wecall the AIESEC experience: 
When you join AIESEC we will explain what it is that we do and how you can get involved. You choose which area to get involved in and within a week or two you will have moved on to taking responsibility for whatever it is that you have chosen. That might be looking after marketing or networking, working with local students, writing press releases or supporting the members. You can attend national and/or international conferences and work with our partners to develop your skills and knowledge. As you build your experience you can start leading your own team and/or go work abroad. We encourage all members to use the opportunities that are available to them in the global network! Working abroad is one of the most powerful experiences in AIESEC and when you return you will find out for yourself just how much you will have grown by overcoming the challenges of living and working in a different culture. You will continue to develop your AIESEC experience during your time in university and even after you graduate there is still a whole world of opportunity available to you! Eventually you will reach a time when you are ready to move on and so you ‘Head into the Future’ and become an AIESEC alumni. As an alumni you are still in touch with your personal global network of friends and contacts and you will find that you have the skills, inspiration, knowledge and networks you need to have a positive impact in society.
