The Leadership Tournament

The tournament brings together the students from the best universities in the UK to compete and demonstrate that they are the leaders of the future. It is your chance to walk the talk and actually demonstrate your leadership ability.

Just what is leadership? How do you know when you are a leader? The world of today demands leadership ability from all of us. You cannot have the impact you wish to have anywhere in the world without leadership ability. If you don't lead, then someone else will; if you can't inspire others with your ideas and passion, then someone else will.

 

• Compete against 320 students from top UK universities;
• Benefit from training from our partners, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Alcatel-Lucent
• Get honest, constructive criticism from the company judges and find out what you can do to improve your abilities;
• Get proof that you can demonstrate leadership in high-pressure situations – something to talk about on your CV and in interviews!

The top candidates go on to compete in the National Final in London.

The national final will be hosted in London on April 17th 2010, 

The final four competitors will benefit from a range of prizes - including mentorship sessions from business leaders, fast-tracking on corporate graduate schemes, Career Guide books, and free AIESEC work abroad places - designed to help you develop your leadership abilities, enabling you to become a high-achiever. Now we’ve tested your leadership ability, AIESEC and it's many corporate partners are going to help you develop it further.

All students at Oxford, Cambridge, Bristol, LSE, UCL, Imperial, Warwick, Edinburgh
