Fast Track Leadership Awards 
Every student member of AIESEC UK is given a ‘Fast Track to Success’ award sponsored by GlaxoSmithKline.
This award is a tool which allows AIESEC UK members to track their personal and professional development by tracking their competency development. Essentially it allows members to record and reflect their achievements in the organisation.
This tool is further used to facilitate local committee mentorship relationships, and to ensure every member is assessing and re-assessing their goals and achievements as well as identifying the next steps in their personal developmentThe Awards are rated: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum – awarded to those who have submitted good to exceptional pieces.
