What need were you seeking to address by working with AIESEC?
We wanted a graduate with skills in business analysis to work on a yield improvement project. The graduate would have the chance to gain valuable Express industry experience from the UK market at the same time.

What is the profile of the intern working with you?
Guillaume is a graduate Master of Engineering, with a major in Business studies from the French “Grande Ecole”. He has experience in the area of financial analysis and project management and has previously worked in several companies in the Netherlands and France.
Guillaume is result-driven with a passion to learn new knowledge and work under pressure. As a result, he is well recognized for introducing a new customer yield improvement management process, conducting customer standing orders management project and building up the sales pipeline report in the company Ishare. Guillaume has been involved in the marketing, project management and business aspects of Express Same day products, which is a new experience for him.
How long have you been involved with AIESEC?
We have been involved with AIESEC since May 2008. It has been a very positive experience so far and we are now willing to bring the next internship for the company other projects.
What has been the major benefit of working with AIESEC to your organisation?
It has opened our eyes to people who are well qualified and with a lot of potential who add value to our company. The fact that Guillaume has work experience in different sectors also adds diversity to our company. Our experiences have been very positive with AIESEC.
