Dean Addis, Consultant, Capgemini
Dean is an experienced Management Consultant currently working for 8works Limited in London. He also sits on AIESEC UK's Board of Directors.
Prior to joining 8works Dean spent 6 years working for Capgemini where he developed a range of skills whilst delivering high profile public and private sector change programmes.
His AIESEC experience started at Queen’s University, Belfast in 1999 where he ran the local AIESEC Work Abroad Programme. After graduating in 2002 with a BSc in Mathematics and an MSc in Finance Dean was elected to the AIESEC UK National Team in London, serving two terms between 2002 and 2004 the second of which was as National President.
A keen traveller, with strong interests in world issues and other cultures, Dean is passionate about AIESEC and the work it undertakes, partly because of the benefit it has given him in his own development, and also because of the positive difference it makes to people and communities in other countries around the globe.
