Developing Leaders Days (DLDs), are one day soft skill development sessions for leaders of university societies. these events give the leaders of societies the opportunity to gain access to high quality training from corporate partners such as KPMG, Proctor & Gamble, and Barclays Capital.
These events give the leaders of societies the opportunity to gain access to high quality training from corporate partners such as KPMG, Proctor & Gamble, and Barclays Capital. The events also enable AIESEC members to develop through facilitating these opportunities for other students. These events enable employers to connect with students that are leading their respective university teams and societies.
