Why Use It?
There are countless reasons to use AIESEC's Access Global Talent programme, however we've listed the main points below.
Check out our
Endorsements and Examples page for why current clients use Access Global Talent.
Talent
There are significant skills gaps appearing in certain sectors. We can provide specifc students and graduates from a variety of areas (e.g. software development, engineering) to fill these skills gaps.
AIESEC addresses talent pipeline issues by providing the top graduates of today who have strong soft skills, a global mindset and leadership qualities and will be the leaders of your organisation tomorrow. Interns have developed these attributes by running AIESEC activities at their universities, developing themselves through practical activities.
International
We can provide candidates with particular language skills or from specific countries of interest, meaning they will have foreign market and cultural knowledge. This is especially helpful for organisations that are thinking about, or starting to expand into, foreign markets as well as those organisations operating in foreign markets that need staff to co-ordinate relations. AIESEC interns are ‘Global Citizens’, bringing extremely valued international experience and perspective into organisations.
In order to facilitate the overseas exchange scheme AIESEC UK was granted Tier 5 Government Authorised Exchange (GAE) licence by the UK Border Agency. That means we can facilitate a visa application for non-EU candidates. We are registered with the OISC (authorisation number F201000067).
AIESEC UK is supported by the Government Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.

Cost-effective
We are significantly more cost-effective than graduate recruitment agencies and outsourcers as we are not for profit. The small fee we charge covers the basic costs of running our organisation. Organisations who hire temporary staff or contractors find us especially cost-effective as we can source candidates with the same skill and experience level for a much lower rate. The interns who come to the UK are not as motivated by financial incentives; they are driven by the learning experience, self development and cultural interaction.
